We use the application of filling materials primarily for smoothing static wrinkles or skin creases. They replace missing skin and subcutaneous fat or ligaments. The procedure consists in an injection of a substance which is, from the place of application, only very slowly released and very well-received. We choose various materials according to the depth of the wrinkles and the requisite period of time to take effect so that the results will be the most satisfying.
